This is the foundation for running Cypriana across more than one site. Each site keeps its own stock figures while sharing the same ingredients, recipes and suppliers.
Add your sites here (start with your existing one — its current stock will belong to it), and give each a password so the right manager works in the right place.
Tap a site above to switch into it — you’ll enter its password, then land on the dashboard working as that site. Stocktake, Receive, Waste and Transfers all act on the site you’re working in, and you can move stock between sites on the Transfers page.

No master password is set yet. Choose one — it protects who can add, rename or remove sites.

Note: site passwords are a soft gate — they steer who works where, but aren't full security until the database is locked down. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
👤 Managers
Each manager signs in with their name + a PIN and can enter only the shops you tick. Tick Senior to also grant Master (central planning). You can reset a PIN anytime.
Add a manager
Tick a shop, then ⚙ Areas next to it to restrict them to specific waste sections / stocktake areas at that shop — leave untouched for full access there.
Waste and Stocktake are controlled separately above, per shop. This covers the rest of the operational pages — e.g. tick only Orders to restrict someone to placing orders and nothing else.
📦 Set up per-site stock
One-time: copy the current stock figures into the site that already holds them (your existing site). This doesn't delete anything — the current stock stays untouched as a backup.
