Multiple recipes welcome — sub-recipes and parent dishes together
The AI extracts names, ingredients, yields and portions. It cross-references your ingredient catalogue, flags allergens automatically, and links sub-recipes where it sees them.
These are the choices offered under "Menu section" when editing a Recipe, Final dish, or Combo (Batch and Sub-recipe don't use this — they're never on a menu). Deleting one from the list below doesn't touch recipes already using it — they'll just keep showing it as a one-off custom value. Below that, any value still sitting on a recipe but not in the official list (old data, typos, duplicates) can be cleared from those recipes directly.
Production tiers
Batch and Sub-recipe are locked — they're checked by name to hide channels/pricing on internal components (and waste.html filters by these same names), so they can't be renamed or removed. Everything else here can be renamed, added, or removed freely. Renaming updates every recipe currently on that tier; removing one doesn't touch existing recipes, they'll show up below as needing reassignment.

Choice Groups — e.g. "choice of side": pick 1 of several
Used for combos/meal deals where the customer picks one of several options (e.g. Fries / Side Salad / Rice / Coleslaw). Mark one option "default" — that's the one costed here, since the actual pick isn't known until a real order comes in.
